Sonic 3: Character Concept Development

I'm excited to share that I’ve been working on the newly released Sonic 3 over the past two years!

Spearheading the 3D character development of most of the hero characters and assets as a generalist - these include: (SPOILERS)
On Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Metal Sonic, Amy, Robotnik's Crab, & other bits: 3D Concept, Modeling, Eyes Revamp for all characters, Full new Facial Setup & Range of Expression tests, Patching Textures & Lookdev, Damage Variations & more.

It may be better to break down the work in more detail in a few separate posts.

I’m very grateful for collaborating with the director Jeff Fowler, Art Director Tyson Hesse, VFX Supervisors Ged Wright, Joel Prager and Martino Maddeu, Rigging Team from Red9, Animation Supervisor Clem Yip, Production Lead Eren Ramadan, and so many others from Paramount’s internal team.
